Improved vocal tract models for speech synthesis

For speech synthesis of limited or unlimited vocabulary improved acoustic models are used which are closely related to the speech production process. The major extensions include variable tube lengths and consideration of low losses. The analysis of the model parameters is derived and demonstrated with the aid of examples.
