Simple expressions for worst and best Case Cramer-Raobounds for amplitude and phase estimation of low-frequency sinusoid

Simple expressions are presented for the worst and best case Cramér-Rao bounds for amplitude and phase estimation of a sinusoid in additive white Gaussian noise. The expressions are valid in the sub-Rayleigh region where the difference between the critical bounds becomes important.
