ity to react to asynchronous external events. For the evaluation the method ’Distinct-ness of Reaction ’ is utilized which is based on an orthogonal Walsh correlation. The method measures the average latency response time and the jitter when reacting to asyn-chronous external events. Furthermore, the measuring procedure yields the ’frequency response ’ of the communication system which allows the detection of its characteristic properties. Based on the results, a discussion is carried out which enables the derivation of interesting clues in order to plan and optimize time triggered systems. 1
