A Human Hand-Image Detection Based on Skin-Color and Circular Degree

This paper proposes a new hand-image detection method in video surveillance based on skin-color and circular degree. In terms of the information of skin-color and circular degree in human hand, the detected result of our method is more accurate than the previous methods, but the method also has lower computational complexity.
