This paper proposes an approach to solving the problem of the optimization of organizational structures and management decisions through their use in the design, development and implementation of a formal representation of such systems and the modelling of the corresponding technological processes. Methods of general systems theory, the classical set theory, the theory of stochastic processes, queuing theory and experiment planning theory, graph theory and methods of mathematical programming, simulation, etc. were used for the development of formal models of the components. The methods and algorithms developed here have been tested and implemented for practical use in a number of companies, and are used at the Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical University for educational purposes. The results of the implementation and operation confirmed the efficiency of these methods. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.12731/2227-930X-2014-1-3
