A Study on the Expanded Description Elements for the Management of National Artifacts

국가행정박물은 일반박물과 같은 물리적 특징을 갖고 있으며, 공공기관이 업무 수행 과정 중에 생산한 것으로 증거적 가치를 지니고 있다. 국가행정박물은 일반 박물 및 문화재와는 내용적으로 구분이 되며, 일반 종이기록물 및 전자기록물과는 그 물리적 성질이 다르므로 관리 프로세스를 정교하게 확장하여야 한다. 이에 이 연구에서는 우리나라 기록물관리법을 근거로 ISAD(G), MODS, RAD, CDWA의 기술요소에서 관련요소를 비교 추출하여 국가 행정박물의 확장된 기술요소를 도출하였다. National artifacts has the same physical characteristics to general artifacts and the evidential value which was produced during the public working. National artifacts different from paper and electronic records about physical properties. So it should be doing the expanded process. In this study, the ISAD(G), MODS, RAD and CDWA based on Korean Record Management Law by comparing and analysing of the technical elements was being extracted, The descriptive elements of national artifacts is pull by conclusion of the analysis.
