Interval-statistical analysis of tolerances

The approach to combine the advantages of interval and statistical methods of calculating tolerances is presented. The series of new interval-statistical parameters for describing the distribution function of output parameters are offered. The accuracy of calculating tolerances of nonlinear output functions is raised.
