Philipp Häfliger is Associate Professor at the Nanoelectronics Group at the University of Oslo developing electronics for biomedical micro-implants and neuromorphic engineering. At present, he is serving as Chairman for the IEEE CASS Biomedical Circuits and Systems Technical Committee.
