Fuzzy control for nonlinear singularly perturbed systems with time-delay

In this paper, the time-delay fuzzy singularly perturbed model is proposed based on the Takagi-Sugeno form, the basic /spl epsiv/-dependent stability conditions are given. Then the H/sub 2/ control problem is investigated in the form of /spl epsiv/-independent linear matrix inequalities. Finally, we show that the obtained controller solve also the corresponding problem for the time-delay fuzzy descriptor system.
