Additive Reed-Muller codes

We construct a new class of additive codes of type Z/sub 2//sup k1//spl oplus/Z/sub 4//sup k2/. These codes have a binary nonlinear structure, but it is possible to give a description of them as additive subgroups of Z/sub 2//sup k1//spl oplus/Z/sub 4//sup k2/. In this paper a generalization of linear Reed-Muller codes is obtained.
