On topological Stokes phenomena on the two-dimensional cylinder

On the cylinder ${\mathbb T}\times{\mathbb R}^1$ , smooth dynamical systems are constructed that, in spite of being smoothly conjugate on an invariant covering, are not topologically conjugate globally.
