A high-speed capacitance-to-voltage converter

A circuit diagram of the high-speed capacitance-to-voltage converter is described, and mathematical dependences and experimental results relating to its main parameters are presented. The converter is intended to increase the rate of capacitance measurements by three or four orders of magnitude and estimate the leakage currents or the shunting resistances, which is useful for measuring volt-farad characteristics.
