AP-S Turnstile - Invoking heaviside in defense of Newton's third law

Rajeev Bansal · IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine · 2006

This paper presents the comments on the statement of MIT physicist Frank Wilczek that the Newton's law is not universally true as it fails for magnetic forces between charged particles. The paper also presents comments made by Joey Bray on Arun Bhattacharyya's derivation where Bhattacharyya noted that Newton's third law violates causality primarily because of propagation delays for time-varying fields. The response of Bhattacharyya to Bray was also presented in this paper
