TELTEN - Telematics implementation on the Trans-European Road Network

This paper describes TELTEN, an ERTICO initiative that proposes a suitable framework for deploying a traffic management architecture on the Trans- European Road Network (TERN). The scope, operators architecture, and basic infrastructure of TELTEN are briefly described.
