Management Performances of Korean Plant/Construction Firms in Central and South America

This study is written for analyzing what the most significant elements among special environment influencing market entry and local management are in Central and South America which is relatively famous for plenteous resources and representative economy prosperity. The substantial goal is to make a trial justifiably several respects of between the special environment factors in Central and South America and the management performance of Korean plant/construction firms. This study constitutes two stages. First, the study model is constructed by reexamining related theories, previous studies and the present investment states in local Central and South America. Second, the survey of Korean firms taken part in investment activities is executed by collecting questionnaires. And SPSS 12.0 for windows is being utilized for correlation, reliability, validity and multi regression and finally the statistical method of structural equation modeling is activated to testing the hypothesis by AMOS 7.0 for windows. In conclusion briefly, for the enlargement of positive management performance, it is verified that Korean firms have been practise the special environment factors designed from the motives and attractiveness while it is found out that Korean ones have been being exposed to the special circumstance ones of capital procurement and difficulty affecting business accomplishment negatively in Central and South America.
