Fast flow control in high-speed communications networks

We concentrate on the feasibility study of a new approach to flow control in high-speed networks. The basic assumption in our approach is that the high-speed communication channel can be modeled as a fluid-flow model which means differential equations can be used to describe the flow dynamics.
