In order to meet the need of three-dimensional radiation field monitoring, a new technique of three-dimensional radiation field monitoring has been proposed and the system model has been built based on mesh network after investigating into wireless monitoring system characteristics of radiation feild in nuclear power plant. The model uses detecting nodes to collect the timely data in radiation field and accomplishes data preprocessing, and finally present results in monitoring platform in the form of three-dimensional radiation field. The essay will also demonstrate the study of the layout of detecting nodes. The application of this system reduces accidents probability and workers’ pressure by gathering environment parameters and transmitting real time monitoring data stably. It could also present the radiation intensity and other parameters distribution visually in the monitoring hall, with mesh topology technology in the region where exists security threats toward staff.
