Change control is the core of the software configuration management, through create product baseline, in the product life cycle, control the baseline of release and change. This paper describes the definition of software configuration management and the specific effect of software development project, point out that in order to effectively control change and introduce the baseline management, through graphics express the most commonly used software project baseline. Then focus on study changing control, through the graphics show waterfall model of the change of the magnitude, clarify the types of change, through the change request, change assessment, change approval or reject to control of the change for the four processes.
