On Evil-Twin Routing in Clos Networks

The evil twin randomized routing algorithm is successfully applied to three-stage Clos networks in packet-switching platforms. Here we show the essence of evil twin permutations and how to construct evil twin permutations. The concept of evil twin permutations is also generalized in this letter.
