Designer accessory? An essential item for every IP practitioner's wardrobe

If there is one book that should be on every IP lawyer's shelf, it is this one. Now, in its fourth edition, the three-volume tome, affectionately known as LPV after its main authors, is an indispensable all-inclusive journey through UK and EU copyright and design law. 2011 has been an interesting year for copyright in particular: in the UK, the Hargreaves Review of Intellectual Property was delivered in May, and a number of extremely significant rulings were handed down by the Court of Justice of the European Union (formerly known as the European Court of Justice) over the course of the year.
