Meta neural networks as intelligent agents for diagnosis
Madeline E. Cohen, D.L. Hudson · 2003
Success of neural networks in medical diagnosis depends not only on the learning mechanisms and network structure, but also on the data quality. If insufficient data are available, other information must be included. In this work, expert-derived meta knowledge supplements a hierarchy of neural networks that together act as an intelligent agent.
