The unit test plan review methodology implemented by the Software Quality Circle of NEC America in order to extend the NECAM review philosophy to the unit testing arena is described. A statement of the problem and a discussion of the benefits of solving it are included. The results of preliminary and official test plan reviews are discussed.>
