A portable twenty-four channel kicksorter

G F von Dardel · Journal of Scientific Instruments · 1955

A twenty-four channel kicksorter has been developed essentially on the principles of Wilkinson. The circuits contain twenty-five valves and eight relays. The whole instrument is easily portable and consists of two units, weighing 25 and 10 kg. Normal channel width is 2 V and the level of the bottom channel can be varied between 0 and 100 V. A simple stabilizing device is described which can be connected to the kicksorter for applications where a slow drift occurs.
