A New Key Exchange Scheme Based on Permutation Rational Function

A novel permutation rational function is proposed first, and the algebraic properties of permutation rational are discussed in detail. The application of this permutation rational function in key exchanges schemes is described, it also resists the replying and the man-in-the-middle attacks.
