Differentiated quality of service: slotted ALOHA

Douglas Dillon · 2005

Diversity slotted ALOHA is a generalization of the classic slotted ALOHA in which a user transmits multiple copies of the same message. Premium users obtain a better quality of service by utilizing higher diversity, that is, by transmitting more copies of their messages than basic users.
