Minimal PD fuzzy control of a wastewater treatment plant

The authors present preliminary results about the application of a minimal PD fuzzy control to activated sludge wastewater treatment plants. By means of simulations, they show such application is feasible. They illustrate the applicability of the proposed controller for attenuation of typical disturbance effects.
