Design and implementation of examination and approval system based on CBR

In this paper, the application, the function, fundamental technology, and features of a CBR (case-based reasoning) system for urban planning are briefly introduced. This system makes the work of examination and approval more quantitative to some degree. It provides many warranties to the management and decision of the government.
