A resource broker model with integrated reservation scheme

We present a resource broker model with a new admission control at a single resource level. The admission control supports advance reservation as well as immediate reservation. By separating the brokerage part from the scheduling part, we can obtain fast and constant response time of brokerage requests for resource reservation, modification, allocation and release.
