Ontological Models Based on Mereology, Topology and Theoretical Data

In this paper the ontological models based on mereo logy, topology and theoretical data about microelectromechanical system as ontology is described throughout the spectrum of mereology, topological principles. As r esult, it was illustrated the elementary structure, the interaction between micro systems components and internal processes between them.
