A nonlinear interpolation approach for image process

We use the idea of maximum homogeneity proposed by Higgins et al., (1996), to develop a nonlinear interpolation method for producing a high-definition section of MRI. Computer simulation shows that the proposed method can preserve and sharpen image edges, and reduce noise.
