The General Purpose Aspect of Expert Systems

Based on the techniques of skeletal systems and general-purpose representation languages, a developing strategy for building expert systems for difinite scopes of problem-solvings rather than only one domain-specific problom solving is proposed and-an expert system for aidding different discrete decision-makings -DECISION-II (improved DECISION[1]) is designed with this strategy in this paper.
