Entanglement in a Linear Array of Atoms Coupled to a Multimode Field

We consider entanglement between atoms in a linear array undergoing emission into a multimode electromagnetic field. The entanglement is characterized by means of the von Neumann entropy for different bipartite splits among the atoms.
