Stability analysis on continuous neural networks with slowly synapse-varying structure

A neural network with slowly synapse-varying structure is a nonlinear time-varying system. A linearization method for analyzing dynamics of such networks is given, their stability is investigated, and some results that are instructive for developing adaptive study systems are presented.>
