The factors or attributes of quality of an application or Web site that will influence in satisfaction can be classified by: the quality and utility of the contents; the quality of the service and attendance of the supplier; and the quality of the design of the application, quality attribute on which turns the present work. It is easy to infer that a good design will have to be comprehensible, easy to use, friendly, sure intuitive and of easy learning for the user. In order to be able to assure that a design fulfills these requirements it is not enough simply with a empathic attitude of the designer during the development of the application; it is essential the adoption on the part of this one of techniques, procedures and methods that empirically assure the adjustment the design to the necessities, abilities and objectives of the user. In this article we will approach how to design usables and accessible applications Web through the application of the set of techniques and procedures included under the methodologic frame known as Centered Design in the User.
