A Study on Accuracy Improvements of Positioning System for Location-Based Service

위치기반서비스는 사용자에게 부가 가치를 제공하기 위해 이동통신망으로 위치를 정확하게 파악하고 각종 정보를 이용하여 이를 활용하는 통합 서비스를 가리키며 이러한 서비스의 핵심기술은 위치를 찾아내는 기술이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스에 이용되는 전파신호를 이용한 측위 기법에 대하여 소개하고 최신 스마트폰의 위치 측정 원리와 위치 측정 정확도를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 사용자의 안전을 향상시키기 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다. Location-Based Services can be defined as services that integrated a mobile network device's position with other information so as to provide added value to users. One of the most important elements in the LBS is the ability to locate objects. In this paper, the positioning techniques using radio signal were introduced, and the positioning principles and accuracies for LBS of smart phone were analyzed. As a result, the some techniques for improving user security were suggested.
