A Requirement-based Short-time Handoff Algorithm Between CR Users.

In this paper, an objective function based on the profit of actual use for spectrum allocation is modeled, and a requirement-based short-time handoff algorithm between CR users in order to make full use of the CR users ’ surplus spectrum resource is proposed. Simulation results show that the algorithm makes effective use of surplus assignment, improves the profit of actual use, and has the superior performance of anti-interference.
