Reinforcement learning intellectual agent of protection for adapting to surrounding environment

An idea of constructing of preventive active protection system in network surroundings is suggested. The technology of intellectual agents for managing such systems is chosen. Tpy method of learning of intellectual agents for then adaptation to environment is developed.
