Why Use Problem Oriented Languages

ABSTRACT THE ability of users to communicate with the computer has greatly im-proved because of problem oriented languages. These languages, which approach the language of the user, have greatly extended the ability of engineers to design and simulate the real world systems with a minimum of program-ming skill. Advantages and disadvan-tages of POL's are discussed.
