Discourse exercises in aphasia therapy: A case study
E Osiejuk · Aphasiology · 1991
In recent years an increasing interest in discourse functions in aphasia can be observed. Research on discourse functions has revealed aphasics' abilities to comprehend and formulate the units of language which convey messages and to process information within a linguistic test (Wilcox et al 1978, Gleason et al. 1980, Ulatowska et al. 1981, Ulatowska et ul. 1983 a, b). These findings have been also confirmed in Polish aphasics (Osiejuk 1989).
