Sequential search of an optimal dosage for cases of linear dosage - toxicity regression

Determination of the optimal dosage is studied for the case of lognormal distribution of toxicity, under linear regression, with unknown slope and intercept. A sequential search procedure i s derived which is feasible and strongly consistent. A numerical illustration through simulation is provided.
