L'évaluation des résultats de la levée d'ambiguïtés lexicales
Éric Laporte · Linx · 1996
Lexical disambiguation is a basic operation in natural language processing, but no satisfying solution to the problems it raises have been found yet. We survey the main differences between the various types of disambiguators, and we discuss the parameters involved in the assessment of the quality of their output. We show that usual methods of assessment of disambiguators do not take into account all of the most important parameters for applications, which does not contribute to directing research towards actual applications.
