ICT at service of endangered languages

We have set up a collection of tools and learning materials to support the survival of an endangered language, Karelian. Due to limited resources, the guideline in all doing has been: focus at essential, do it as simple as possible, for efficient working and multiple use, separate the content from the processing. Topics covered are: how to make dictionaries, how to implement interactive exercises, how to provide reading for learners, how to set up a virtual community.
