A three-level learner's model for the needs of an integrated environment for individual planned teaching

The learner's knowledge, skills, psychological characteristics, and preferred style of learning have been used for individualization of teaching in different generations of computer-based systems. A survey indicates that the problem of the learner modeling in the intelligent distributed teaching and learning environments is still opened. In the present paper a three-level learner's model for the needs of an integrated environment for individual planned teaching is discussed.
