62.4: Flexible Paper‐Like Display Using Charged Polymer Particles

Abstract We have developed flexible and reflective paper‐like display (PLD) using charged polymer particles. These particles are composed of polymer, pigment and charge control agent (CCA). In this paper, we demonstrated flexible display with PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film substrate, which had 320 × 240 pixels, 5.7 inch size panel with bending radius of 5cm. This panel achieved reflectivity of 32% and bi‐stability over 6 months.
