Baseband carrier phase tracking technique for Gaussian minimum shift-keying

This paper presents a technique that provides the means to recover the carrier phase at baseband with high accuracy, while at the same time suffering negligible loss due to nonrandom data patterns. Simulation results for tracking performance are presented, as are the simulation results showing the effects of imperfect tracking performance on the bit error rate (BER) performance.
