A simple programmer for an r.f. induction heater, with particular application to K-Ar dating

A simple mechanical attachment is described for increasing the power of an r.f. induction heater over a period of tens of minutes, to a preset changeable program. There is no feedback from the object heated; the merit of the attachment is its simplicity.
