Piezoelectric reflecting transducer for partial discharge acoustic signals

The paper presents a new design for a piezoelectric transducer for acoustic signals emitted during partial discharges in power transformers. Testing results of its metrological parameters are presented. Examples of partial discharge oscillograms recorded using the new transducer in the measuring path are shown.
