Application of computer algebra to the spectral analysis of wavelets

The new approach in an estimation of spectral properties of wavelets is offered in work. With use of computer algebra the analytical decision of a problem of definition of "effective" frequency and amplitude of wavelets on the basis of the variation approach is received.
