Two-dimensional ring-Banyan network: a high-performance fault-tolerant switching network

A high-performance fault-tolerant switching network using a deflection self-routing is proposed. The throughput of 1024×1024 switching network proposed is better than that of the cyclic Banyan network by 20.4% when the hot ratio is 0.8 and the input traffic load is 0.9.
