Automatic Data Reduction with Moving Microphone

Equipment is described with which the microphone signal is accurately squared and integrated over any suitable traverse time. Comparisons are shown between data obtained with such a technique and by more conventional means. Use of “modified Schroeder method” for determining reverberation time is also described.
